Serbia votes on a new Constitution

Polling stations opened today for two days of voting in Serbia's referendum on a new Constitution — the first since the break-up of Yugoslavia. Citizens are answering whether they accept the basic law, whose draft states that Kosovo is part of Serbia. Results will be announced after polling closes on Sunday evening.
