Parliament speaker and acting president Ana Brnabić has sent the European Parliament an invitation to send observers to the parliamentary election on 25 October. The invitation follows several rounds of criticism from Brussels and opposition demands for a transparent vote count. Who will come and in what composition has not yet been announced.
