Summer time in Serbia ends on the night between 24 and 25 October: at 3:00 the clocks go back one hour, to 2:00. The night will be an hour longer and the day will last 25 hours.
From Sunday it will get dark an hour earlier. Doctors warn that the change disrupts the biological rhythm: sleep problems, fatigue and mood swings are possible in the first days.
To adapt more easily, they advise going to bed at the usual time, spending more time in daylight in the morning and not planning heavy exertion for the first day after the change.
