From 1 November, winter equipment is mandatory whenever there is snow, ice or black ice on the road, the Auto-Moto Association of Serbia (AMSS) reminds drivers.
The association advises using the remaining days to check tyres and prepare the car for winter. Weather is changeable today and conditions in mountainous areas can be more demanding, so lower speeds and safe distances are recommended.
There are no delays at toll stations on the country's motorways.
